Pipeflow Technology Ltd was established in 1995 as a specialist service company to manage, pre-commission, maintain and service a diverse range of pipeline systems.

The need was identified from 20 years of international experience in the Petrochemical, Mining and Industrial Cleaning Industries.

Since 1995, Pipeflow Technology Ltd. has provided services throughout major industrial centres of New Zealand, Australia the Middle East, the Far East and the USA.

We identified some industries have well established maintenance systems, often introduced at the design stage, for example, Petroleum transmission pipelines.

However, many other Industries are now, either through age, changes in source materials, or process modifications, corrosion and material deposits, developing flow and pressure restrictions and leaks.

To complicate this, pipe work is often designed with limited access for regular maintenance cleaning or there is a failure to maintain regular maintenance cleaning.

Pipeflow Technology Ltd is therefore constantly evolving methods to achieve viable cleaning solutions, as pipe work layout, pipeline material, diameter variation, elevations, pressure restrictions or access preclude many alternative cleaning methods.
